We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Caliza delivers exclusively within the Miami, Florida area and does not fulfill orders outside of our service zone.

Payment

You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect at the time of your order. We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) and cash on delivery. Exact cash amounts are required — drivers do not carry change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your purchases.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the Miami metro area only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Once a driver is dispatched, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting details. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

Caliza may send transactional or promotional SMS messages to customers who have opted in. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
